Prepare Your Package
Place the items securely in their original shipping box and include the completed return form provided with your delivery.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
